Do You Avoid Being Yourself? Try This.

If you had the ideal life.

The car.

The family.

The bank accounts.

What would others think of you?

Did something inside you jump? Are you nervous that you’ll win the Bitch of the Year award? All too often we live life like a bug, held captive by the electrifying blue light we see towering above the ground. As we inch closer to the light of someone else’s viewpoints and opinions, we lose sense of who we actually are.

On my Facebook, I do live color readings spontaneously and one beautiful soul had this overwhelming reaction toward the color she received from spirit. She hates light blues. God please! No blue I felt her insides contort as I explained to her it’s a color she needs right now. A long line of fear started to build in the air. This sort of tension is normal for any reader and healer who wants their clients to grow, as they’re making their client confront years of  resistance and conditioning.

I plowed through her misbeliefs and insisted she express her true nature. And that’s when it occurred to me. Since most issues can’t be solved in a day or two, same goes for color therapy. You can’t expect one color to be the golden ticket to give you the whole chocolate factory. It’s a process. And I want to share with you a very powerful color combination and action steps you can use in your life to stop avoiding the real you.

Firefly yellow

I’ve met wonderful souls along the way. Each one seems to shine their own natural light and gives me the needed permission to do the same. But it’s not easy being you if you don’t know who you are or where you are. So that’s where this bright color energy comes into play. You want more illumination in your reality. Light must be in every corner of your mind so you can properly see where you are. It can get a bit ugly as you shine light on an abandoned part of yourself that you neglected for so long. But in order to truly express yourself. You have to accept the cobwebs and face the darkness. Use lemons or lemon essential oils to disinfect your aura from darkness and sticky substances. Citrine crystals are known for their brilliance so don’t be scared to add it to your keychain, purse or locker for a reminder of the light that is inside of you. Finally, ask your Facebook friends to describe you in one word. Copy the list and keep it on yellow cardstock. The light you push out into the Universe, ripples right back to you!

Melon pink (magenta)

This second color is the stepping stone to cross Expression Pond. With the help of fireflies guiding you toward safety with their natural bioluminescence, you face the darkness head on with compassion. Forgiving those neglected parts of you. Memories that taunt you in your sleep. Forgotten periods of rage, sadness and fear. This color is the fire that catapults you from stepping stones to taking flight. It’s a color energy that propels sass, zest and warmth when needing to own your existence in the Universe. It’s the color of supernova, baby! Afterall, you are alive and living this human experience, you might as well be bold, brave and beautiful while you’re at it. Hold on! You’ll need momentum to keep your true self out of the closet, so to help you with this start using more melrose and joy essential oils. Having grapefruit, guava and dragon fruits are another fantastic way to add more flair to your life. I bought myself a magenta colored tank top to feel more confident in how I express myself. It’s boosted my spirits ten fold.

Of course there’s another beautiful color that I attribute to my coming out and you can read about it here.

While meditating with these colors for years, if there is one piece of wisdom to share with you, it’s this.

You’re never alone when you allow the real you to come out and play with the rest of the world.

By following these sacred color dosages, you’ll be getting everything the real you desires and more!
